  • The Winter Highway Driving & Roads Conditions Report is e-mailed only once an hour and only if an update to the report has been posted to our web site within that past hour. During the winter driving season November to April, there are 2 regularly scheduled daily reports (morning and afternoon) and frequent updates as required anytime between 7am to 10pm. (Note: You may average 5 or more e-mail's a day from this list during fair to poor weather.)
     
     
  • The Highway Construction & Maintenance Slowdowns Report is e-mailed only once per day after business hours (during the construction season which is normally April to November) and only if an update to the report has been posted during business hours. Updates are posted bi-weekly or when there is a significant change in operations for a particular project.
Two E-Mail report formats are available:
 
- HTML  The report is E-Mailed as an HTML Web Page and appears similar to the report on our Internet Site. Newer email clients can likely support this version. 
   
- TEXT The report is E-Mailed as Plain Text only without any special formatting. Older email clients can read this version.

    receive (either HTML or TEXT), then choose the Subscribe action button and click submit.
    Note, if you are already subscribed to one report and you simply wish to subscribe to the 
    other, then select only the report not currently being received.

  • If you want to cancel your subscription, type your Full Name and Internet E-Mail Address in the form below. Select the report(s), and the format of the report(s) you are currently receiving (either HTML or TEXT), then choose the UnSubscribe action button and click submit. 

When your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation message by E-Mail verifying the action taken.
