Wind Message Criteria

When wind gusts exceed 80 km/h, the message will read:

• HIGH WIND ADVISORY
  WIND GUSTS EXCEEDING 80 KM/H
  TRUCKS ADVISED TO PULL OVER

When wind gusts exceed 100 km/h, the message will read:

• HIGH WIND ADVISORY
  WIND GUSTS EXCEEDING 100 KM/H
  ALL TRAFFIC ADVISED TO PULL OVER
